I live in Bryncethin (20 minutes from Cardiff and Swansea) in South Wales in the land of sheep and beautiful countryside. I live with my wife Ellen, my son Leon and my 2 dogs. Guss aka the Beagle and Sammi aka the Samoyed, otherwise known as Beagle and the Bear.
Am I the best wedding photographer in South Wales? Maybe/Maybe not, only you can make that decision as beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There are some awesome photographers out there. But what makes an awesome photographer? Someone who creates amazing photographs, someone who brings the best out in people, someone you would recommend.
Well I get recommended, my couples describe me as ‘calm, a really nice guy, professional, thoughtful, friendly and easy going. (Honestly I didn’t make this up).’
I would describe my photography style as natural, fun and creative. So what does that mean? Well it means capturing people in the moment, as it happens. No interruptions from me just great story telling photographs of your wedding day, with some creative portraits thrown in. My style suits Boho weddings, woodland weddings, beach weddings, urban weddings, Forest weddings anything that is outdoors, personal and unique.
I love creating creative portraits that are unique and dramatic. Photographs of the both of you in the surroundings of where you got married and not just stick you in front of a tree. I’m always looking for something a little different whether it be incredible architecture or sweeping landscapes, reflections or natural light that is just WOW.
You won’t be taken away from your guests for long, there will no awkward posing but I may get you to jump in the air, lie on the ground, climb a cliff etc, anything to get the shot :-). The most important thing is you will have fun and have memories that will last a lifetime.
So if you’re looking for a creative wedding photographer in South Wales that likes to create wedding photographs that are a little different then get in touch. I am based in Bryncethin, Bridgend and provide wedding photography in Cardiff, Swansea, Bridgend, Newport, all over Wales and the rest of the UK. Also if you are planning a destination wedding and you fancy flying me over then my passport is ready and waiting.
