Bethan & Sam’s Lord of the Rings Wedding at Tall John’s House, Brecon

Some weddings just have a little bit of magic about them and Bethan and Sam’s day at Tall John’s House in Brecon was pure enchantment from start to finish.

With the rolling Welsh hills as their backdrop, the couple brought their love of The Lord of the Rings to life in the most beautiful way. Every detail was perfectly thought out — from soft greenery and rustic décor to little nods to Tolkien’s world.

Their outdoor and hand-fasting ceremony was nothing short of breathtaking. Surrounded by family, friends, and the golden glow of the countryside, they exchanged vows with the help of an incredible celebrant who made everyone laugh (and cry!) in equal measure. And of course, their gorgeous golden retriever stole the show, happily trotting down the aisle and joining in the celebrations.

After the ceremony the party truly began. Tattoos, garden games and plenty of drinking and then dancing the night away. It was one of those weddings you never forget — full of joy, laughter, and the kind of moments that make photographing weddings like this such a privilege.
